Klodian Luca

Klodian Luca born in Tirana in 1973 is an artist in figurative arts and art installations.

He has a diploma in figurative arts and textile painting from the Academy of Arts in Tirana were he attended from 1991-1995. He has 29 years of experience related to painting, figurative arts and installations both in Albania and in Greece. He also has a 25 year experience in graphic art. He has been active (in the art and art graphic scene) from 1992 until present day.

1992-2002 In this time period while living in the island of Santorinin in Greece he has been one of the few artists that has worked with the art of inscription in the sectors of tourism. More specifically with design work on murals, design of business billboards and installations in the island for hotels, restaurants; as well as institutions and archeological spots.

During the 90’s when he immigrated to Greece, Luca had a successful career also in tattoo and body art. He conceptualized and realized for the first time in Albania what was once a House Tattoo in the center of Athens, to what is now “Ironbrush Tirana” a multifunctional and cultural spot.

He decided to return to Tirana, his place of birth, in 2010 and build his own art house (everything designed and handmade by him) called Vila Ironbrush in an historic neighborhood in Tirana.

From 2008-2012 he has participated in several art exhibitions. He has exhibited his painting work in Athens, where he lived at the time and in Qipro (Larnaca).

From 2014-2020 time period he has given his professional support as an art curator in several art exhibitions of young artists, in order to encourage a young generation of artists in painting, graphic and photographic art, etc. These exhibitions took place at the Ironbrush Tirana center.
